Below you will find the minimum hardware requirements to broadcast on our network. We try to keep the requirements and setup costs low while maintaining the quality our customers have come to expect. You need a computer with Windows 2000, XP or Vista, at least a 400Mhz processor and 256Mb of memory. Your hard drive should have at least 1 Gig of free space.
You can use a standard USB web camera or a high-end camera that connects through a capture card like the Osprey Card. |
Broadband Internet Connection
You need a fast and reliable internet connection (DSL, cable modem, etc.) with at least 300Kbit uplink of bandwidth.
Microphone
You need a microphone so you can talk to your customers. Our system transmits both video and audio. A quality microphone will produce the best results!
